RETURNS & REFUNDS
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: All sales are deemed final and non-refundable. Exceptions could be made in instances of accidental duplicate purchases.
LIVE CLASSES: If a class is cancelled, refunds will be promptly submitted.
OUTSCHOOL ATTENDANCE POLICY
I know that life can get super busy. Sometimes classes get missed and that's totally ok.
For the first missed class with no notification, you can reach out for a refund for that class. After the first one, missed classes are non-refundable. After 10 minutes, you are considered late and will not be permitted into class. If there is no one attending after 10 minutes, class will be cancelled.
I have a 1-hour cancellation policy. If for any reason your child is unable to attend, please reach out and let me know at least 1 hour prior to your class start time and you will receive a full refund for your class.
